Red and Gold 24 × 18 in Now Hiring Yard Sign
24 × 18 in hiring sign for the curb outside a small business. Headline at 3.6 in of cap for 30 ft from a moving car; the ask sits in a white field of its own, because the phone number is the only thing on a hiring sign anybody needs to keep, and a field survives being photographed from a car window. Printed on 4 mm corrugated plastic with VERTICAL flutes, which is the only orientation an H-stake slides into — order it that way whichever trim you pick.

What you get when you open it
The template opens in the studio as a 1-page document at 24 × 18 in, with the trim, the bleed, the margins and the 150 DPI target already set. 6 elements are on it and every one is separate: 3 of them are live text you retype rather than artwork you work around.
The safe margin is 1 in top, 1 in bottom, 1 in left, 1 in right. Nothing you want to keep should cross it, and anything meant to run off the edge has to reach the bleed line 0.125 in outside the trim.

How printing works
Open any of these and it is already the right size. Bleed, margins and trim are set, and there is no watermark on anything you export — on any plan, ever.
