Print your design
Printing sends every page of the project to your own printer through your browser's normal print dialog. Before it does, Crevano checks whether any photograph will print soft and gives you a chance to fix it.
Steps
- Click the printer button at the top right of the editor, or press
⌘P(Ctrl+Pon Windows). - If anything on the page would print below the resolution you set for this document, the Before you print panel appears. Deal with it, or click Continue anyway. See why a photo prints soft.
- Your browser's print dialog opens with every page of the project laid out as full-page images.
- In that dialog, set the paper size to match your page, set Margins to None and turn on Background graphics so colours and textures print.
- Print.
Before you press print
- Check the page size matches the paper. A page built at 8.5 × 11 inches on A4 paper will be scaled by the printer.
- Turn on background graphics in the print dialog. Most browsers leave this off by default, which is why a page comes out with a white background when you set it to cork.
- Set the printer's own margins to none, and let your page's margins do the work.
> Note > Printing from the app does not include bleed, and it does not send full print resolution > — each page is rendered at about 2,400 pixels on its long side. That is plenty for a home > printer. For anything going to a commercial printer, export a PDF instead: the PDF comes > out at the document's true size and includes the bleed. See > Export formats and > Bleed and margins for print.
Which pages print
All of them. There is no page range in the app — use your browser's print dialog for that, or export a PDF of just the page you want.
