Four 3.5 × 5 in lanyard passes on one sheet, at the proportion a badge holder takes. A 1.5 × 0.19 in slot is drawn 0.44 in below the top edge — the size a standard lanyard clip passes through, set far enough down that the card does not tear out — and nothing is allowed inside it. No perforation: a pass is worn, not torn. Cut the four passes apart, cut the slot out with a craft knife, and thread a lanyard through it. Print on 65-110 lb cover (176-300 gsm) — the weight a raffle ticket is printed on, and the lightest that tears cleanly on a scored line instead of stretching.
