Clay and Bone Warm 1080×1350 Instagram Carousel Slide
1080 × 1350 px, the 4:5 portrait post — the tallest ratio the feed will show without cropping, and therefore the most screen a post can take. Numbered so a carousel is a duplicate and one edit.

What you get when you open it
The template opens in the studio as a 1-page document at 1080 × 1350 px, with the trim, the margins and the 72 DPI target already set. 8 elements are on it and every one is separate: 4 of them are live text you retype rather than artwork you work around, and 1 are photographs you can swap for your own.
The safe margin is 0.9 in top, 0.9 in bottom, 0.9 in left, 0.9 in right. Nothing you want to keep should cross it.

How printing works
Open any of these and it is already the right size. Bleed, margins and trim are set, and there is no watermark on anything you export — on any plan, ever.
