What you get when you open it
The template opens in the studio as a 2-page document at 11 × 8.5 in, with the trim, the bleed, the margins and the 300 DPI target already set. 51 elements are on it and every one is separate: 33 of them are live text you retype rather than artwork you work around, and 2 are photographs you can swap for your own.
The safe margin is 0.34 in top, 0.34 in bottom, 0.34 in left, 0.34 in right. Nothing you want to keep should cross it, and anything meant to run off the edge has to reach the bleed line 0.125 in outside the trim.
