A real letter-fold, not three equal thirds: 3.6875 in outer panels and a 3.625 in tuck-in panel, the 1/16 in nest a printer allows on text weight so the inside edge does not buckle. Two sides, and the inside is mirrored — the narrow panel is on the left outside and the right inside. Every element clears its fold by 3/16 in.

What you get when you open it
The template opens in the studio as a 2-page document at 11 × 8.5 in, with the trim, the bleed, the margins and the 300 DPI target already set. 62 elements are on it and every one is separate: 40 of them are live text you retype rather than artwork you work around.
The safe margin is 0.5 in top, 0.5 in bottom, 0.5 in left, 0.5 in right. Nothing you want to keep should cross it, and anything meant to run off the edge has to reach the bleed line 0.125 in outside the trim.
